Welder / Fabricator

Duties:

  • layout, cut and fit materials for welding
  • Ensure accurate, functional repairs while operating equipment safely
  • assist team in the preparations and completion of projects
  • custom build and welding projects
  • Mig stick a Must, Tig a plus
  • use of hand and power tools
  • valid drivers license a plus – may operate motor vehicles and equipment in the performance of assigned duties
  • work outside/inside year-round, spend extended time on feet
  • be able to lift 50# and follow instructions, need to be able to problem solve
  • STRONG work ethic a must, be able to perform work individually and with team members
  • work days are unique and constantly changing with regards to hours and work; need to be committed to staying till work is done, over time possible
  • often times assist the Installation crew with various tasks

Various hours, Monday – Friday, once in a while a weekend service call if the owner is unavailable. 

3 months temporary trial, then will start to accumulate PTO

Pay commensurate with experience.

Install/Service Technician

Duties:

  • perform general labor work including, but not limited to the construction, maintenance and repair of barn equipment such as stalls, headlocks, feed rail, fans, curtain, mattresses, general carpentry

  • use of hand and power tools

  • flexible, dependable, over time possible

  • valid drivers license a plus – may operate motor vehicles and equipment in the performance of assigned duties

  • work outside/inside year round, spend extended time on feet

  • be able to lift 50# and follow instructions, need to be able to problem solve

  • STRONG work ethic a must, be able to perform work individually and with team members

  • work days are unique and always changing with regards to hours and work; need to be committed to staying till work is done, over time possible
